Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 1 to 6 days after payment is received (depending on your delivery method).
UPS: at a pickup point (delivery estimated between 1 to 3 days)
Colissimo: to your home (delivery estimated between 4 to 6 days)
They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via Colissimo and delivered with a signature. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping charges. Preparation fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile items.
If your order consists of in-stock products, the shipping date may change if shipped later. Please check the dates indicated when placing the order and on your confirmation email.
Deliveries outside of mainland France may be subject to customs duties and additional service fees. Please note that Phil Goods has no control over these fees and cannot advise you on their amount, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please keep in mind that we are unable to refund the duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
